Cowichan Bay Metal Roof
For this beautiful new build construction, we focused on using only the highest quality of roofing materials, utilizing commercial grade 24 gauge metal in iron ore for 20-inch panels.
As the house itself was built with spacious rooms in mind, we accommodated that with a roof that had a high number of hips, valleys, and peal vents and a mix of both 6/12 and 10/12 pitch.
This was just one of a number of unique challenges we were able to overcome in this construction. due to the climate conditions during the build, we had to use a specialty high-quality “Roofnado” underlay that offers an unparalleled secondary layer of protection.
