Options Include:
- 24 or 26 Gauge Metal
- Otherwise known as commercial and residential grade, the thicker commercial option is designed to reinforce the roof with additional strength. VI Metal Roofing provides the heavier commercial grade (24 gauge) at no extra cost for all our projects.
- Snap Lock Or Mechanical Seam
- A seamed roof will come with one of either two options — snap-lock or mechanical seam. Which one will decide primarily on the slope profile you’re operating with, as mechanical locks work better on lower slopes due to their water resistance, while snap locks are a cost-effective option that is better suited to steep slopes.
