This new build property required the construction of approximately 8000 ft² of rooftop in addition to two torch-on decks. With a truly beautiful high-specification home surrounded by ocean views, the owners wanted something equally high quality for their roof and we were able to deliver, using the very best materials and adding a number of desirable features including:

- In contrast to the cheaper plastic options, these metal vents offer a sleeker aesthetic and a less intrusive smaller footprint
